Director, Student Engagement

Jessica leads the Student Engagement team, connecting prospective learners with programmes ideally suited to their educational and career goals at our university partners. She champions innovation and drives strategic initiatives to boost student enrolments, ensuring alignment with university brands.

Before Risepoint, and after a few performing contracts, her career started in 2016 at Wiley, as a Student Recruitment Coordinator, building relationships with our students, understanding their motivations and needs and tailoring solutions to support them with their educational goals. 

Having completed one of our partner offered Masters courses in International Business with the University of Birmingham, Jess understands what’s it’s like to be an online learner, studying alongside work and balancing multiple commitments.

An ability to listen, respect, a passion for individual growth and an openness to challenge and collaboration.
